Practical Digital Systems Built by Real Engineers
EIGHTEX MS is an independent software studio founded with a clear mission: turn complex business challenges into fast, reliable software systems that businesses actually rely on every day.
Why Businesses Work With EIGHTEX MS
We don't pretend to be an enormous multinational corporation. We are a dedicated, high-capability engineering team that stays accountable for every project.
Requirements Before Development
We never write code based on assumptions. We document every database table, user role, and workflow screen in the proposal before starting.
Agile Milestone Deliveries
Projects are delivered in clear, reviewable stages. You test real working prototypes rather than waiting months for an unverified launch.
Testing Before Release
We perform hardware integration tests (receipt printers, barcode scanners) and multi-device mobile testing prior to customer handover.
Documentation & Complete Handover
You own your software. We provide user manuals, staff training sessions, and administrative handover documentation.
Transparent, Fixed Pricing
No hidden surprise invoices. Proposals explicitly state what is included, milestone payment terms, and warranty coverage.
Direct WhatsApp & Phone Support
When retail or billing questions arise, you reach real engineers who understand your system setup—not automated ticket loops.
